As a part of Shivram Trust objectives, Sri Shivapeeta Shivarama Ghoshala was started in the year 2001 and has been functioning at Sri Thirupura Sundari Nagar , Pillaipakkam village Sriperumbudur 602105 with the aim of GHO SAMRAKSHANAM.
The protection and welfare of cows and calves is the greatest dharma or eternal duty for all living beings . At present Sri Shivapeeta Shivarama Ghoshala nourish and maintains 20 cows and calves . In line with the Ghoshala objective of Gho Samrakshanam, aged cows which have crossed their breeding age and stopped providing milk are maintained and taken utmost care till its life span.
